I just wanted to start the new year by saying thanks to you and your company for making our dream home a reality. We wanted a quality home, in an area of good schools and maintenance free living. Distinctive filled all those requirements.

From the time we met you and chose our lot and house style you guided us through what could have been a complicated and mind blowing experience, to a finished product which my husband and I are both proud to call our home.

The Quality of the craftsmanship and the materials available for the selection were awesome. The Contractors we met were state of the art and you could also tell they take pride in what they do. I know from past experiences that this is important.

One of the most important business policies that I have seen in Distinctive is that they stand by their word. I have heard horror stories of other builders and the stress they put you through, but not this company. If you said you would do something, you did it. We didn’t have to track anyone down, we didn’t have to wait weeks for phone calls to be returned. The fact that I could send information and requests to selections while at work, saved everyone so much time. I have to say we were impressed with the entire process, which has lead to our complete satisfaction.

We truly love our home and everyone who visits our home feels the same way. While we will be taking a break for while in building another home; I would recommend and use this builder anytime, anywhere.
