We had spoken with and even signed with another builder. However, once we met with Lynne, we felt the most comfortable and liked the customizable options and Prairie II floorplan. Throughout the building process, the vendors were fabulous to work with. It was great to see how everything came together at the end and we were left with a fantastic home.

Bill and I came away from the Framing / Electrical walk-through today feeling as if we've accomplished a lot. All of our questions were answered and we feel as if we are part of the team. The project manager Josh along with the electrician Steve and all the other tradesmen on the job are doing an amazing job.

The end result is exactly what we wanted. Our neighbors are amazing and there are so many kids. It’s a young community; everyone was so welcoming & we have made so many friends.

Our experience with Distinctive Home Builders could not have gone more smoothly. Everyone said building a home is one of the most stressful experiences but ours could not have been better. Our initial home search was for a resale home with not much luck, then we saw an article in the newspaper for new homes in Manhattan. We went there and met Lynne and we were SOLD.
